These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of membersnowmedia.ai and the services provided by Members Now Media LLC, DBA Members Now Media("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Members Now Media provides done-for-you marketing and follow-up systems for local businesses, including database reactivation, lead response, review and referral systems, and managed advertising. Results depend on many factors specific to your business, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, revenue, or number of customers.

SMS / text messaging terms

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Members Now Mediarelated to your inquiry and the services you have requested, which may include scheduling and appointment information, service updates, and, where you have consented, promotional offers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (571) 351-1051. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@membersnowmedia.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
